Our growth has been mirrored by the continued development in skills and educational qualifications of our staff. Development is been built on a culture of mentoring, in-house staff training, and a supportive work environment. All staff, no matter what their role, hold a Level 1 Certificate in Wellness Coaching. This provides a platform for all to “speak the same language” and hold the same values for the health and wellbeing of our members.
Troy Morgan

Troy’s career in health and fitness began working as a gym floor instructor to having a vision for and enacting this vision to build a strong business and facility that is the complete health and lifestyle centre. Starting with a Fitness Leaders qualification, Troy has continued to study and is currently completing a Masters of Applied Science (Sports Coaching) at the University of Queensland. As a health services professional with over fifteen years of experience in the field, Troy is recognized at a national level for his expertise in the health and fitness area.
Troy’s extensive experience in the area of health and fitness together with his motivational approach has been recognized by a wide number of requests for professional speaking and seminar appearances for both corporate and community organisations throughout the country. His approach focuses on increasing productivity in the workplace, improving self-esteem and self-image, professional and personal development and all areas of exercise. Troy's programs and presentations are motivating, educating and entertaining providing practical and do-able techniques that can change people's lives.
The eldest of three children, Troy was involved in every sport on offer at school including Rugby League, Soccer, Cricket, Tennis, Athletics and Touch Football, regularly representing his local region. Troy has gone on to represent his state and country in Touch Football playing in over 30 games for his country. He continues to represent Australia at the Masters Level, most recently at the 2011 World Cup in Scotland.
